The 2nd Annual Pages & Places Book Festival is on October 2nd in Scranton, PA. I went last year to table for jmww and had a great time. The turnout was excellent, the book buyers generous and interested, and the lineup of readers and panels this year is fantastic, including “Authors of Argument: The People, Books, and Debates that Shape American Civic Life" with Christopher Hitchens and Jay Parini. (As far as I know, Christopher Hitchens is still scheduled to attend.)
And, if you've never been to Scranton, it's absolutely beautiful. If you're an "Office" fan, it's a must!
