This is one of those reviews that you read over and over when you feel like a complete failure and will never get anything right. Thanks, Baynard Woods, for this little slice of happiness:

The story is as old as the Epic of Gilgamesh, which also features an herb of immortality, and, in this gorgeous novel, Jen Michalski tells it as well as anyone ever has.
