Little Boys

I like the little boys, the ones
with curly hair and
rows of little pearls when they smile
the easy way their legs
crease the back of their pants
as they climb the ledge of brick
where's I'm sitting
I like the shyness of their charm
and how I may be a beautiful
princess or the unattainable
woman in a magazine.
If they could just kiss her
they lie in their clean beds
at night dreaming
with a delicious white smile.
The world would be all right
if they could just kiss her
